COPINAVAL 2024 Veracruz has established itself as one of the most important Pan-American gatherings in the naval, maritime, and port sectors, bringing together academia, industry, and public institutions in a forum for technical, scientific, cultural, and strategic dialogue, aimed at strengthening naval engineering and promoting the sustainable development of the blue economy in the Americas.

The 28th COPINAVAL Veracruz 2024 was organized by the Pan-American Institute of Naval Engineering (IPIN), in coordination with the IPIN – Mexico Chapter and the University of Veracruz, through the School of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Sciences (FIMCN). Under the theme “Toward Naval Engineering Without Borders,” the conference brought together experts, researchers, professionals, faculty members, and students from various countries in the Americas and Europe, promoting innovation, international cooperation, and sustainability in the maritime and port sector.
